Additional services not extended on my finance. Appalling service!

My maintenance/ ware and service plan expired. MFC didn’t call me to extend it before it expires. I decided to service my car and ask them to extend my plan. They told me that someone will get back me with 6 working days. Even the sms notification said that. Time passed, I called them again, the agent I found on the line, told to wait, it’s still with underwriting. I don’t know who’s they underwrite the policy with speaking to me first. This is so disappointing. My car wasn’t financed by them, I’d honestly cancel them completely! The worst service ever!
