"Active" warranty thats expired.

Avoid like the plague. Everytime logged onto the mfc website it said under additional cover that i have an active policy till Dec 2018, however my policy document says otherwise and according to that its expired which was discovered when I needed to claim. They've incorrectly given me inaccurate information Everytime i logged in leading me to believe I'm still covered. This has resulted me in paying for my own repair. Also to note i was informed that I would get some premiums back if I don't claim or if i had cancelled the policy. When I queried this i was politely told i was sold b.s. Do not fall for this ****. They will pitch it to you via telesales. Of course there is nobody bothered to query why I'd been misinformed every time i logged in to the mfc website and emphasis only on the policy document. Once again avoid!
