Account NOT in arrears

I recently noticed that my vehicle finance account shows as in arrears on my credit report for a good 9 months. How is this possible? The car should have been repossessed by now, I mean REALLY! How is this possible? As I have never missed a payment?

What is going on?

This has messed up my score and credibility.
