Account in arrears refuse to restructure

My account is in arrears and I've requested Nedbank Mfc to restructure my account but they refused and now they are sending people to collect the car with any agreement between us and i don't know those people or their company if its legit or not My Name is Nompumelelo Nkosi ID no: 761 ********** 080 Please assist
