I'm simply asking for the latest account balance on my contract with NFC. I understand that the debt is written off due to the vehicle not running. I voluntarily surrendered it to a collector and it was a smooth hand over. The hand over should not have caused to stop sending me the monthly account statements.

The last resort is lodging with the ombudsman.
