Acc overdue

<p>Im paying R3077 intallments on my vehicle acc with MFC, last month January i paid R1600 due to financial problems , im willing to pay R1600 this month again and settle the arrears in march end.. I phoned mfc they are telling me that if i don't pay full amount this month, my account will be handed over for collections. Is that legal , its not like im not paying at all, but im paying half just for this 2 months only.. </p>
