abuse of employee power and responsibility

<p>I numerously contacted Suran Makgato from MFC requesting that they change the debit order from my account to the principal account holder with no response to my request, the only resp[onse I recieved is that she cannot get hold of the account holder which is suprising since the bank has all relevant contact details of their accoun holders. I submitted the contact details but still no attention was given to my request. The car was taken from me by the account holder last year in december and she continued to pay the account by herself, she still owns the car which implies that she's paying for it. I have sent her emails every month detailing my request to her but she ignored my request and still continues to debit my account. I tried to stop the debit order to my suprise they change the date from the 25th to the 1st without consulting me. I have a feeling she is colluding with the account holder just to damage my credit record because every reversal leads to a negative credit rating on my side. how can an employee abuse their given power and work against policies. I have all relevant correspondence if required. </p>
