Absolutely Shocking Service

I Have two vehicles financed with MFC and the last two weeks have been an absolute nightmare with them. I have received countless calls and threatening sms's which I do not appreciate, I have not defaulted in my payment to MFC.

Please review and check you records and rectify immediately as I am highly frustrated and and annoyed buy this kind of treatment.

I have wasted countless time and incurred many charges for calling my bank and getting statements to prove that payment has been made.

Can someone please get back to me with an explanation as to why this has happened or I will be taking this further as this is a complete service failure and a waste of my time.

I have sent the necessary proof and you still want me to go to fnb and get them to call you, This is absolutely shocking and ********** service to say the least. Furthermore you are threatening to double debit my account.

I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with this type of treatment.
