Above and Beyond

I app**** for Vehicle Finance online through various banks and MFC was the first to respond with the lowest interest rate. The application process was smooth & effortless. My consultant, Lebo, was amazing, she kept me updated the entire process and when I had any concerns or queries she was on the phone with me sorting it out. While most branches only open at 9:00am Lebo was replying to my e-mails at 7:30am.

The delivery of the vehicle was rather difficult, no fault of MFC, as the seller was being stubborn with his terms and MFC jumped in to assist, Lebo's senior, Simon got on board and escalated the matter quickly. Even on a Saturday when most banks are closed, I was receiving feedback and updates from MFC.

I am very happy with my choice of bank but have learnt to be wary of Seller's.

Well done Lebo & Simon, you guys have gone above and beyond for me.
