A bunch of *******!

I have an extended service plan with MFC which is a complete *******! I have a golf 6 gti 35 edition which just reached 120000km a month ago. It went into VW Marcarthy Umhlanga for its service and upon calling for authorisation, MFC is refusing to pay for the entire cambelt service which includes rollers and tensioner. After much deliberation with them and putting me through different people, the problem is still not resolved. I even provided them with written proof from VW South Africa which they are now ignoring my emails blatantly. i would like for somebody from MFC head office to contact me and ask tell me what is going on. this is only a small part of my explanation summarised.
