I am very disappointed with MFC. I just only found out that insurance was activated on my behalf without my knowledge. Since taking up my car loan I have had insurance with King Price. Then when I made an enquiry beginning of March with MFC as the debit amount was more than my instalment I was advised that insurance was added on that amount. I have never received any call from them requesting my insurance documents neither have I been requested to send them. In January I did contact them to advise that I was having car trouble but was never advised of this “insurance”. Then today I was advised that the underwriter for the insurance is Budget, and when contacting Budget I was advised that there is no policy with my details. So literally MFC is *****ing money from their clients because till date I have comprehensive cover with King Price and paying an extra amount to MFC for God knows what!!!
