*** - Cancellations
HI MFC
When is this going to be removed from my MFC Profile, the call was logged on the 4th January 2018 and today is the 14 February 2018 and nothing has happened. The cancellation state that this takes 21 days and now am on 29 days.

This request has not been resolved i was told it has been escalated and that should wait till 2/21/2018 and it will be resolved am still waiting. Just received the following sms on the 2/16/2018 Complaint CP-2-2 ********** - Masinga-Masinga logged. A consultant will be in contact with you to resolve your complain.
