48 working hours not true

I am put this out there for every one to let them know that if you get reply for this company that is saying "we will get back to you in 48 working hours " That is not true we have been struggling to get a paper from them for more than 1 month and still waiting. Car has been paid up in 2016 and after car accident need just confirmation for insurance to pay out. This is old lady and she needs her car.
