3 Months Notice to Settle - *********** Staff AGAIN
<p>I'm trying to get a settlement letter to settle my account on a specific day 22 February, letter must take into account the notice I have given in order to not charge me the full 3 months penalty interest as I have given notice in January.</p> <p> </p> <p>Phoned twice, both times the operater in the call centre was unable to assist, and said they had to find out, and that I must hold on. Both times I was cut-off after holding about 5 mins.</p>
My appologies, Dipuo Letele, was not the person I spoke to on the phone. I did not get the name of the person I spoke to. Dipuo Letele did actually send me a letter as per my email request, which happened quick and efficient and I agree with the quoted amount.
