3 Months Notice to Settle *********** Staff

I'm trying to give them the 3 months notice they require to not be charged penalty interest.

I spoke to someone in the call center, which did not know that this is even possible, he had to ask his supervisor, which couldn't help, but said they will refer it to the relevant department. Had no feedback and it is a week later.

I subesquently sent a mail to their "care" email requesting proof of notice given, had a response that it was referred to the relevant department and I will recieve response within 48 hours. Did not recieve anything to date. I responded to that email requesting feedback. Again recieved a response that it was referred to the relevant department and I will recieve response within 48 hours.

I don't know what department it is being referred to, but it's obvious the people have no idea to handle my query. Yet, it is stated in my contract that I can give 3 months notice to avoid paying penalty interest.

All I need is a letter stating that notice was recieved and the amount to paid after 3 months.

Reviewer Update

I eventually got my letter.

Now I want a new letter to settle earlier than the original one I asked for, and yet again incompetant staff in call centre not being able to assist. The only letter they can give me is one which charges full penalty interest and not one taking the notice I have given into considiration.
