From April I’ve been emailing MFC with no response. Every day their goons will call me and tell me they will give a feedback to customer service but they’ve never did that until today and I have send 100 emails with no response. My former colleague who is a white man emailed them regarding my situation but acting as if it his own car. They rep**** within 2hours. He kept talking to them until he gets all answers but unfortunately there’s nothing I can do with this information because I’m an African they won’t reply. Their consultant from collections department also told me that they always do this to Africans until it affects their credit scores. Even their application form ask you to tick whether you black or white. Why does your colour of skin matters for finance application? This is the most ****** company
