Dear MFC I have tried to speak to you about my car and the interest rate I'm currently unemployed I need to lower my installment to be able to afford my car till I find a job ,and there could not assist me I am going to take this to the ombudsman charging an unemployed person high interest rates and not assisting them till they get back on they feet
