MFC has been contacting me since 5th June almost daily about my account.

I have noted the agents I spoke to on 5th 6th and 7th June. 1. Olivia at 10h46, Lebogang at 09h41 and 3. Tyriq at 09h09. All these calls , dates and times were sent to MFC. All these people advised me that my account is in credit and next instalment will go off 1 July.

I am now getting more calls to say the account is in arrears by one month and not in credit. I requested they listen to their recordings. These people phone and their attitude is sickening as if I owe them money personally. They have no people skills whatsoever. So my next call is with a team leader
