Mfc and nedbank isbthe worst people please don't bank with them the service is pathetic , their consultants is lacking etiquette and training. is so easy for them to just pass to another department and you still end up with no response.. nedbank has taken 2 weeks to just close a fully paid up credit card which is now still showing as outstanding on my credit report.. mfc consultants can't explain how payment holiday works and assure you that u are eligible for a rate cut after 12 months of paying your installments which i bull**** everyone is suffering and yet they can't assist you in anyway with payment arrangements and apparently you have to be unemployed to qualify for payment holiday which I think is bull****, people is struggling one month or 3 months shouldn't matter if you struggling and need to pay medical bills or any other arrears they are supposed to assist but they Don't explain **** they because they don't know ****.. I am very disappointed and honestly wouldn't advise nedbank and mfc to anyone, they not accommodating or even want to assist you and will let you loose your house or car.. **** you mfc and nedbank .
