1 month missed payment and they want to repossess the car

<p>My friend missed a payment and agreed to pay the monthly instalment plus an extra R1000 to cover the missed instalment till its settled. MFC IS REFUSING THIS ARRANGEMENT.</p> <p>According to me you need to miss 3 months non payment and then a sheriff has to reposess your car. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have a car with MFC but the way in which my friend is treated is not fair.</p> <p>I want written confirmation from MFC that they will accept her extra R1000 per month. </p> <p>This is ridiculous. She has been paying since 2013 for the car. </p>
