1 Month arrears and MFC sent people to repossessed the car

i am very sad and feel emotionally abused by MFC after they have sent rude people to come repossessed my car because it was one month in arrears. i got hijacked and kidnapped last month and i even sent MFC the case number, the hijackers took all my money and reversed my debit orders. as a result, my car was 1 month behind and i arranged with MFC to split the arrears in 6 months because i was not ok financially, so many debit orders were not paid but they refused and gave me 3 months. before the debit order date came i changed my banking details and accordingly amended my debit order details on the app which were successfully updated but when the 25th arrived the debit order did not run and i decided to pay my car installment manually. i did not pay the arrear amount because i had told myself that i will pay on the last day of the month because that's when i will be given the money by my wife. but yesterday the 31st July early in the morning i got a message from a man telling me that MFC instructed him to come fetch their car because i had broken the arrangement, i tried to reason with him that i was going to pay the money yesterday but he refused and he was very arrogant, he talked to me like he was talking to a child, i told him that this car owes only one month but he told me that it does not matter the car belongs to the bank and the bank can take it at any time, he shouted at me and told me to call a lady handling my account at MFC, i called the lady and she was equally arrogant and rude , she told me that i pay the full arrears amount or the car will be repossessed, but she finally told me to pay the R3900 same day or they are coming to fetch the car, i have had a car finance with MFC before but i have never experienced this kind of bad treatment, i have a vehicle finance with absa and wesbank, sometimes i would skip 3 months without paying but they never sent people to come collect the cars, they would listen to my problem first, but what MFC did yesterday was cruel, after being hijacked and kidnapped i further suffered being tormented further by MFC staff, the lady and the man sent were so arrogant and talking to me like i am their child. i am very disappointed in MFC and i would not advise anyone to finance their cars with MFC . they don't care about their customers well being all they care about is money,
