Dear MFC

This is with great regret that I am writing this email again.

Same email same problem different date.

It seems to me that nobody takes the time and effort to check these documents attached sent on the 4th of August 2021.

Yes you can changed the bank account which the debit order goes off from but again there’s an mistake.

If I refer to the 4th attachment I clearly stated that my salary can get paid anything from the 25-31st of each month, our contracts states last day of salary is the last working day for the month, my bank statement which is attachment number 5 it will show you when my salary comes in which was on 29 JULY 2021.

Now what makes things worse nobody listened to the instruction give or it just went on DEAF ears!

Then I refer again to MFC documents marked and its attachment number 3 – there we also state the last working day of the month!!!!

So this morning I see MFC 28/09/2021 , try to collection the debit order- Now I will have an unpaid on my bank statement and MFC will mark this on the credit report as 1 payment missed.

My SALARY IS NOT EVEN PAID YET!!!

First time the account number was wrong captured from MFC side, NOW the debit order date and we stated on attachments herein that the salary comes in last working day.

THE SERVICE IS REALLY BAD I MUST SAY NOBODY CAN READ INSTRUCTIONS NOR COMPLETE THEM PROPERLY WITHOUT MISTAKE.

LET SEE HOW IT TAKES TO RESOLVE THIS MISTAKE AND IF MFC WILL RETIFY IT AS MATTER OF URGENCY!

I WANT AN REPLY RELATING TO THIS BEFORE COB TODAY AS I WILL REPORT MFC TO THE NCR!

WE CAN NOT STRUGGLE FOR TWO MONTHS TO GET THIS RESOLVED PROPERLY!!!!!
