Hello, I am disgusted by the conduct that you overlooked to the revised repayment plan on the document. You had the cheek to send me a letter of demand without checking all the relevant facts before you. I received the original document from MFC, confirming two different repayment plans and you failed to undertake the fact that there is a revised repayment plan on the document which explains that the debit order of R2 877,92c will be coming off on 30 June 2021. Now you explain to me of why the small amount of R73,60c was debited off on 31 May 2021, so where is the rest of the instalment uo to R2 965,05c? You cannot expect to send me a letter of demand only where there is a small amount of R73,60c coming off instead of R2 965,05c? It is your own ERROR. Please fix your own error. Otherwise I will be reporting you to the Banking Omdudsman.

Good Morning, I was told that in the following words below:

They provided me with this explanation:

It looks like the restructure amendment was actioned on the 31st, hence the debit order did not go off.

So the error was on MFC’s side.

So it means the revised repayment plan will be in force, so what is happening with the letter of demand?
