I have phoned MFC last week to get a Settlement amount the lady said to me that settlement is R22300, and now it is R25K and I have made another payment of R1800 at the end of November 2025. Your company listed me again on the credit bureau and we are listed under debt review, it's ******** to do that, so we are twice on the credit bureau, please send proof that you have removed it, and we pay every month. I wonder what the ombudsman will say about that. I really feel that we have paid interest on interest and we have R10K for full and final settlement. How can the bank be so greedy, gee whizz we are already battling just to get through the month. We would appreciate it that you will take our situation into account. I have Fibromalgya, an uncurable disease, and more stress is not good for me. Please send me a letter to say that you will accept R10 000 as full and final settlement. We would really appreciate it, then we can finish this debt and get it of our backs. We are begging you for this chance.
