So lets try here since i do not get feedback from you on emails. Maybe this will get better answers

I reach out to you today to ask for assistance.

My vehicle's last installment will be on the 28/08/2026. I make my payments every month. The situation comes in. We got the vehicle in Covid times. At that stage we never knew things would turn out the way it did and how Covid 19 turned peoples lives and companies around where companies had to close their doors and debt would go unsettled, salaries that were cut, people to lose their jobs etc. So ever since we tried to keep head above water and it is not easy to recover from that catching up on debt etc. I have been keeping my MFC account up to date and payments are done every month. Yes there were some times where I could not make a full payment but all is up to date and paid for the past few years.

I come to you months in advance to ask for assistance since the last installment would be this year August. I Know for a fact i won't have any money to pay the full balloon payment installment (Because who has R70K lying around now days) just like that and since covid hit hard and we are still trying to recover i would not qualify for refinance as my credit score is not great due to debts that could not be paid from covid times.But i am trying to catch up. I also do not want to lose my car. What can i do please can you guys find a way to assist me hence me coming months in advance. Please can we extend the length of months in order to repay the balloon installment. I am even happy to pay an increased installemnt everymonth until settled.
