Transparency and integrity in our business transactions

I had the front bumper of my car resprayed at M.A.G 3 years ago. Recently the paint has been forming bubbles and peeling. I had a look on their website and i saw they have a life time warranty on their paint work. I went the M.A.G the glen to esquire if they can repair the bumper. I provide them with the quote I received as well as a bank statement showing a payment was made at the glen branch. The response I got was there is concrete evidence that car was repaired at M.A.G therefor they will not repair the front bumper

I have searched their mission and vision statements, and I find it quite ironic that what they portray in their business does not reflect what your customer excellence is. It is further unfortunate that I have to question their integrity on this platform.

I have provided firstly a quote then unquestionable proof of payment for the service rendered . What I find completely disappointing is that the integrity displays that of lack of transparency as they have not indicated truthfully, that you have received the payment through your bank accounts, and that unparalleled excellence could transpire in them calling up a copy of the tax invoice you are now claiming as needed.

So it is that I ask you that you acknowledge the payment receipt in your bank account( this is a fairly painless exercise ) and that you issue a copy tax invoice ( again, fairly painless) I am sure once you have this, you will then become customer – centric and redo the clearly not excellent work you have started doing on my car.
