Terrible service

I booked in my car2 weeks ago for hail damage and I pleaded with the guy who took my car in to try push the process so that I could get my car in 2 weeks. He said he will try and I was ok with it. Two weeks later on Friday I called to find out if I could get the car since no one bothered to update me on the progress and I was told I would get the car on Monday. I was angry because I work in sales and use my car daily, plus my car hire had expired but I then agreed to Monday. On Monday no one called me to tell me my car was not ready, the day passed with no feedback from them. Today, still no feedback from them I had to call them to find out what is happening and Barney said he will call me back after 5 minutes. 2 hours later I am still waiting for he's call. What I hate most is them making empty promises, not delivering and not communicating to tell me that my car won't be ready. This service is totally unacceptable. If you can't deliver rather give me a later date and deliver. I am now struggling without my car and don't know how I will get to work.<br> <br> I would never recommend this company for repairs. Highly disappointed with their service I just pray the repairs will be good
