Poor workmanship and empty promises.
This is the Sebly branch in particular.
Overspray on my sunroof even when only the bumper needed painting, broken passenger seat lever , incorrect updates , poor turnaround time to complete the job, poor customer service, non existing after-sales customer service.
These are just a few words I can use describe their service. Horrible experience and really wish I should have trusted my instict. Just promises and no commitment and deliver.
Names of culprits: Lorraine and Tapuwa.
