Poor service

I was in an accident in July my insurance company took my car to Motor Accident Group in booysens. My car was damaged on the bumper but up until this day I haven't received my car back they always come up with stories. First it was parts which were received on the 17/08 as per their confirmation. They have confirmed that the ETC would be the 29th of August on the day the car was still not completed they shifted to the 1st of September which is today, still the car is not finished. If I knew that these people are not taking their customers serious I would have taken my car to other panel beaters. Imagine waiting for a car to be fixed just a pumber for almost 2 months meaning if it's a serious damage you will to wait for a year before the car can be fixed. They don't even bother to keep me updated I'm the one who has to make follow ups with them. 😏😏
