Motor Accident Group not being accountable for their mistakes.
<p>I took my car in for repairs to Motor accident group through my insurance 1st for Women. When I told that my car was ready for collection, I got there and discovered that one of my tyres had been damaged while the car was at their premises, and repairs to my car where not satisfactory. Motor accident group failed to take accountability for damaging my tyre. I then escalated the matter to 1st for women who in turn sent through the assesor to to come deal with the matter. I met with the assor at Motor Accident group, showed him in the presence of a Motor accident group employee, all the issues I had with the repairs done on my car, including the damage to the tryre. The issues on the repairs of the car where dealt with but Motor accident still won't take responsibility for damaging my tyre.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is totally unacceptale. I took my car in because I believed that they are professionals and would do a good job. What I left with is a bad repair job on my car and a damaged trye. Motor Accident Group need to own up and pay for their mistakes. Sick and tired. Missy</p>

As per the emails that was sent to ***, on Monday, October 3 2016 @ 09:12AM, the insurance company explained to you that this is not Motor Accident Group`s fault and we cant be held responsible as per Telesure Insurance. Below is the body as was mentioned in the email:
"I have spoken to MAG and they have acknowledged the tyre did go down in their workshop but it had a slow leak before the vehicle got into the workshop. The tyre did show a small cut to the side wall which could have been a cause to the leak.
Unfortunately we cannot hold MAG responsible for the leak to the tyre."
