Motor Accident Group Longmeadow
I don't appreciate the service am getting from the branch in Longmeadow the manager was requested to send photos for additionals but never did, when I call the reception, she told me they sent additionals to the insurance but when I call PMD to confirm, they said they didn't get anything from the repairer. They send a chain of meaningless messages but they take time to do the actual work. My vehicle has been parked there since 11 October 2023, i even asked the receptionist to forward me an email they sent to the insurance so that I can forward it myself, never did. I don't appreciate this kind of customer service Motor Accident Group Longmeadow

30 Oct 2023, 10:55 As MAG we would like to apologise for the delayed progression of repairs on your vehicle. It is unfortunate that your concerns were not addressed sooner. Process and procedure with regards to PMD is as follows:
- PMD purchase parts independently and MAG has no control over the time frame of delivery of parts. Our end we maintain continuous calling and add a certain amount of pressure to try and get PMD to deliver efficiently.
- Vehicle had more damages upon stripping hence additionals was requested from insurance. This too we have no control over as we will mainly rely on PMD to respond to us on time.
