Motor Accident Group Booysens Disgusted by poor service

<p>I took my car in on the 05/03/2017 to Motor Accident Group in Booysens road to mend the scratches on the the rear bumper. I received an sms that my car was ready for collection on the 20/03/17. When i get home i realised that the colour on the rear bumper is not matching the colour of the body. I made a call to make them aware that the painting to my car was not satisfactory and i am bringing the car back to them.</p> <p>Going there today was a bad experience of service i have never seen. when i got there i went to the reception and i was attended by the african lady who called one of the white lady to come see me. I showed the lady the problem and she went to call her manager. When they got there they did not even introduce themselves and instead they went to inspect my car and i was told that my car was involved in an accident before and which is untrue, when i buy my car it was brand new, not pre owned . And very arrogant and rude of them , they told me i must take my car back to my dealership . </p> <p>M.A.G managers are very rude and have unprofessional attitude.The service i got from them is incredibly appalling and they are not taking responsibility of their bad service.</p> <p>this is totally unacceptable and i will never recommend this company for repairs, Highly dissapointed with their ubproffesional service and rude managers. they dont even deserve to be rated even with one star, I am disgusted</p>
