MAG Booysens Unacceptable Car Service

My vehicle was due to be booked in for repairs on 14 December 2015 at MAG Booysens in Johannesburg. I phoned prior to my arrival for a company vehicle to drop me off after my book in. I arrived at 10:20 and sat waiting for a vehicle until 11:30 only to be told that the car driver was on his way multiple times. I missed another appointment due to this delay and had to make independent alternative plans. I wasn't apologized to at all. <br> <br> I didn't expect such nonchalant responses when I asked about the vehicles time of arrival considering that I had phoned in advance for a vehicle to be available.
