JMPD ACCIDENT OFFICES NOT ANSWERING PHONES

I was involved in an accident on the 04/03/21 where my car needed to be towed. The JMPD Officers who were on the scene were exceptionally helpful taking statements, helping me to organise towing, waited with me for someone to come pick me up. I was given 2 office numbers to call the following day to get my accident report Reference number. Since Friday the 05/03 I've been calling the offices but the phone is not answered. On Monday and today the phone does not even ring. How am I expected to get my accident report reference number? Government officials please intervene because clearly somebody is not doing their jobs now the whole department will be painted Red.
