Empty promises

My car was booked from thr 2nd July. They kept on sending sms for updates until thursday 18 when the guy promised me to come fetch the car on called on the 19 friday suddenly when i called he is saying different stories. Monday the 22 the car was test drived and all was well ready to fetch on Wednesday the 24.suddenly i must wait for an sms. He is full of empty promises
