Damage to my car
I took my car for repairs at Motor Accident group in Selby for them to repair the front bumper of my vehicle. When I fetched it i realised there was a dent on the rear bumper. I asked them about it and a lady called Kallain assisted me and we checked the photos of the car when it was brought in if the dent was there and it wasn't. She then assured me that she will deal with the matter, that I should leave the car behind instead. 30 minutes Later she called me said that there were other photos that we did not look at. She told me that I came to their place two times, the first time when I came to do a quotation and the dent was not there then when I came the second time to book the car in fir repairs the dent was there. The issue of the matter is that i never went there two times. I only went once when I actually booked the car in. So whatever happened to my car, it happened at their place and now they claim that I came twice which i never did thus they do not want to take responsibility for the damage that occurred on my car. Why are they lying about it...
Please note that accident repairs to your vehicle was done in the front as per authorization received from insurance.
Upon your arrival to collect your vehicle you walked directly to the rear of your vehicle to inspect that area, which we did not work on. There is stone chips on the rear bumper on both sides that occurs while you drive with small rocks or gravel shooting up from the road and thus causing stone chips on both sides , also very small scratch on the rear bumper which is not even noticeable, but u noticed this , we applaud U , all u had to do is ask, MAG would have helped.
Doing what u doing, reporting this to the media and insurance, u have done this before , please try and be honest next time.
