COMPLIMENT NOT TO THE GROUP BUT TO TWO INDIVIDUALS THAT HAD TO ("FOR A LACK OF A BETTER WORD)CLEAN UP SOMEONE ELSES MESS

Based on my experience with MAG I will never refer anyone to them for service. I am taking this opportunity to say JOB WELL DONE for two individuals that went out of their way to satisfy us. Individual 1: Kallaine is a mature lady with excellent customer services ethics , unfortunately she is reporting to someone like JOHN that don't know anything /or pretend to know"customer service" . Kallaine had to deal with the competencies of the repair department and had to deal with irritated clients but her attitude and professional manner in dealing with clients is indescribable. Individual 2: ZAEED KHAN had to take over from JOHN that dropped the phone on clients and he had to deal with it, what an unfair practice. Zaeed is a highly respectable and profession individual that knows that he is deal with clients and not ***S. Maybe he must consider in running training/coaching sessions for the COMPANY BEFORE THEY CLOSE DOORS because of staff's attitudes and customers complaints. A pity he doesn't run his own business. Thanks sir for going the extra mile you have a satisfied client.
