Bad service no communication

It has been 11 weeks since I took my car to motor accident group for repairs. Since then I have not heard anything from them. No communication, a very bad service. When I call to follow up no one seem to know when I’ll be getting my car back. I called insurance to express my frustration no one seem to care. My life is a mess without a car, using Uber to go to work is a worst nightmare
