BAD SERVICE
<p>I took my car in on 19.12.2016 to Motor Accident Group (80 Booysen Road) to mend the scraches on car's body and was promised by John with very bad attitude that i will have my car after 3 three working days .Calling them today was a bad experience in that the response has changed from 3 working days( confirmation sent by the contractor 19.12.2016) after dropping the car off to ' I CAN DO ONE THING AT A TIME' response when i enquired about the car.The reason is that the contractor was informed that i must have the car by Wednesday because im travelling home (Port Elizabeth) on Friday morning but it does not look like i will be having the car by end of business today ,not having the car today shall be a BIG dismay for me and all the people depending on me .Service i got from Motor Accident Group is incredibly appalling and im being refused an audience with the Branch Manager .</p> <p> </p> <p>Very Very Frustrated Customer</p>
The person that you dealt with is MR Tala and not John.We do not promise the vehicle in 3 days ,the estimate duration given by Mr Tala was 3 working days.You called in and spoke to Marinus that does work in progress WIP, I told you that the vehicle is in the paint shop stage preparation,I Marinus told you to phone the next morning to follow up on progress.Motor accident group sent you in total 11 sms's in progress regarding the progress of your vehicle ,we have tried to be efficent and will try to repair your vehicle as soon as possible,your due is on the 22/12/2016 , we will be sending progress via sms's
