worst service, its literally making me sicker.

Should be allowed not to give this medical aid even 1-star, worst medical aid, I've requested a call from a Dr over the app it's been 2 weeks and many many attempts of requesting and up till now NOTHING, I need the professional help with what I'm suffering from, no one gets back to you, have emailed and no response, am getting worst, I need a specialist, have emailed all relevant documents for my recommendation but this medical aid does not take it serious.
