Worst medical aid ever

This is the WORSE medical aid. DO NOT GO THERE! I have been with them for 10 years ( 10 to long) i am on a hospital plan as all other things i pay cash. I pay over R5000 a month. In March i was rushed to hospital 1 morning at 02:00. My husband thought im dying. They admitted me for further tests. The next morning hospital staff came and told me medical aid refuse to pay any hospital fees as the code that was given by the doctor is not a PMB. Never had we have this. And what makes the medical aid decide whether its serious or not. Why will a doctor admit me if it was not serious. Doctor had to discharge me as i could not afford it. Exactly a week later i got rushed back to hospital again. Medical aid didnt want to pay AGAIN. now i must suffer with pain because medical aid dont want to pay. Why must i pay this R5000 if i cant claim. I had to pay R11000 cash at the hospital and now sitting me accounts from doctors for another R8000. This medical aid just wants money. I will have to be 90% dead before they will help me.
