Worst medical aid.

I was admitted into hospital and Moto health keep giving wrong info to where I can submit my treatment plan, I have been billed for all blood test where I am covered 6250 in hospital for blood tests and now they do not want to pay my admission because they did not receive the treatment plan after I send so many emails with the treatment plan and then they keep telling me I am at the wrong department as well spoke to over 20 staff and not one could give me the right info (PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF). oh and apparently my admission was not life treating to be admitted. so I can only use my medical aid if I am busy dying?? I am paying off over R6000 because Moto health does not cover ****!!!! they are *****ing money every month from people cause we end up paying ourself for medical procedures. I would like for a manager to contact me. someone that knows how to do their work.
