Worst ever medical aid Motohealth

<p>Doctors rooms phoned for authorisation for a carpal tunnel operation. Only to be told I must have it done in a state hospital and they will cover it. Uum why do I pay medical insurance? My husband who is the main member then phoned to find out what they meant by this, only to find out the person who spoke to doctors rooms made a mistake an we are not covered at all. My question is why would you as a medical aid give authorisation to see a orthopaedic surgeon and then say no to the operation. Why give authorisation in the first place?? Secondly I'm told it's elective surgery, how? If Idon't have I operation I lose the use of my hand and I'm a massage the****** which means I can't work. Who going to pay my kids school fees? Certainly not Moto health. Why do I pay medical insurance. I use network doctor but still pay, I use network pharmacies but still pay? So I actually pay for everything you're suppose to cover? You are the most ineffective medical aid. You have basically cost someone there livelihood because you can't even meet us half way like we asked. Shame on you!!!</p>
