Unhappy with moto health

I went into hospital the 15th of September 2021 I phoned and had to get an authorization number which I did the operator said it has to go through there panel for review a few days later I phone they it's been approved but would have to pay the Dr a short fall of R1200 which I said is fine. Now I am sitting with a bill of nearly R20000 which I feel is unaccessible I feel medical aids and the Drs should give us the people the correct information so that we can decide if we can afford it. Or give us a Dr that they accept in there choice of Dr's so that we don't sit in deptcause of this not like we pay cheap for the medical aid
