Unfair claim
I have been with moto health since beginning of May 2018.My family and myself have been rejected medical assistance. Moto Health had refused me medical assistance 2 weeks ago. I have cancelled my medical aid and get a statement that I owe Moto Health a sum of funds. This is unfair due to my large monthly premiums that I have paid an no medical cover. I had to pay my bills cash. I require assistance for this matter to be resolved. I will never recommend anyone to Moto Health they are just a business to make money and rip of their clients.
