I would like to ask motohealth medical aid why we pay so much money if nothing is covered you sit in a specialist room and he puts in all the code's need by the medical aid and it shows that the procedure is fully covered only to do the administration for hospital via telephone with the medical aid then to get told oh sorry we dont cover that as you on the lowest plan as far as i no my plan is not the lowest and to be with this medical aid for almost 15 years this is how you treat your customers i may as well register with discovery. NOT HAPPY WITH YOU SERVICE AS YOU ****TY MEDICAL AID DONT COME CHEAP.
