Terrible Medical aid-Motto Health Care

I have been a member of Motto Health but when I needed it the most received such back and forth that made my situation even worst. On my plan it indicated that I could use a certain hospital in a case of an emergency but when the time came that I had to go to the ER none of the test or even care I received was paid. Mt situation was so bad that I had to quit the medical aid and join other medical aid that enabled me to do the things that I needed to have done. I have received nothing but anxiety and heartache. I would not recommend this medical aid to no one.
