Sick!

A claim, paid by us,the Member, was submitted to Moto Health for a refund. Instead of refunding the Member they refunded the Supplier. We are still trying to recover our money from the Supplier (Lake Smit and Partners). When I phoned Moto Health and asked them to put pressure on the Supplier to pay us our monies due to us they declined.<br> we have been waiting for a refund since 29/1/2016 when Moto Health incorrectly paid Lake Smit and Partners.
