Pathetic service
Been battling over a week to get Authorization number, On Friday I was assured everything Is sorted, Now Its Monday and I reported to Hospital at 06h00. and hospital does not have an Authorization number, been waiting already for two and a half hours.
What a pathetic medical aid. First Operation in 20 years, What have I been paying for for 20 years.
