Pathetic Service

In September 2017 I sent thru my application for new membership. With constant follow ups and calls from our HR department we get an email yesterday morning finally confirming my membership number. My name is that of my previous marriage of which name my kids carry on their birth certificates yet my certified copies of my ID book INCLUDING my marriage certificate to MY present surname is attached. I then get a call the afternoon staging that because my kids surname is different to mine I need to get a sworn affidavit from the police station confirming these are my kids.. I mean seriously... You accept my application on the surname that is on my kids birth certificate which is my previous married surname yet you want a sworn affidavit.. Clearly you people need to do some serious staff training and intervention regarding the pathetic client liaison and customer service your establishment delivers. And you not allowed to speak to membership department yourself. I honestly don't want you as a service provider if this is the pathetic service you give with a new application I don't want to ever experience a claim submission with you.
